The Secretary of State and the NS agreed the turnstiles to close as soon as possible, but some municipalities does not agree. In some cases, for example, the station is a transit route between boroughs. According to Mansfield there are ‘acceptable alternatives. Consideration could be given to a ‘passagepas’ or an alternative route near the station.
