Thirty years after the introduction of milk quotas is today an end to this system which the European Union the production of milk kept within bounds

About producing farmers walked ahead of the abolition of quotas by investing in additional barns and cows. They took the risk of being fined for granted, encouraged by the good price they uplift in recent years for their milk.
Now milk quota and levy belong to the past, milk production will increase considerably. To lead the growth in the right direction, the government has drawn up rules. Farmers who want to expand, there must ensure inter alia that they hold enough ground to let their cows graze in the meadow.
