Rescuers have tonight the first bodies of the crash victims recovered with a unit of Germanwings. That the police of the southern French city of Digne-les-Bains just leave it to the German television channel n-tv know. How many bodies are involved, the gendarmerie could not say.

Earlier in the evening the police of the city near the crash site was already facing French media announced that the recovery of the bodies had begun. It uses helicopters, partly because the place where the plane yesterday crashed is very inhospitable and therefore difficult to reach

No explosion in plane

About the cause of the plane crash -. Which all 150 passengers were killed – remains as yet unclear. However, the French aviation authority BEA said that there has been no explosion in passenger aircraft. “The aircraft continued to fly until the end,” said director Rémi JOUTY.

The researchers hope that the black boxes of the aircraft provide more clarity on what yesterday morning exactly happened with the device by Germanwings. Yesterday was the first black box with the sound recordings from the cockpit already found. However, the analysis of that file as JOUTY still take a few days.

Second black box is still missing

From the second box with flight data to date is just the shell found, when French President Francois Hollande made known this afternoon. Tomorrow fly the families of the victims to southern France. One unit of society departs from Düsseldorf and another from Barcelona.

Just like yesterday we today held a live blog about the plane crash, including on the rescue work and the speech of Merkel, Hollande and Rajoy. Read that back here
