Air France-KLM is engaged in the sale of part of its stake in caterer Servair. Bloomberg reports that the authority of three insiders.
The sale would have involved an amount of € 300 million to € 400 million . The sources told Bloomberg that BNP Pari Basic is hired to accompany the sale process. After the sale, Air France-KLM would like to retain an unspecified stake in the caterer. It is expected that the bidding process will start this month.
Servair caters for over 120 airlines and delivers 230,000 meals daily off. The company has 10,000 employees.
