The dialogue between department store V & D and the unions this afternoon did not return

V &. D had the unions FNV and CNV invited to explain the softening of the unilateral wage measures. The unions got a letter yesterday from V & D department store which states that a year longer take the time to implement the pay cut. By 3% is deducted directly and 2.8% next year. In addition, groups of employees in 2017 and 2018 surrender twice again 2.1%
The unions do not go with that agreement and go to court on behalf of over 400 members
