The total size of the so-called Emergency Liquidity Assistance (ELA) should therefore be increased to 68.3 billion. This support can be provided by the central bank of a euro country, in this case that of Greece.
Last week, the ECB would be the extent of having increased the support program for Greece with 5 billion.
