Again, the carnival celebration rocked by a serious accident. After the deadly drama in Ter Apel Saturday, it was Sunday Mass at Highland, Utrecht. There came a cyclist under a float up. The victim was trapped and had to be rescued by firefighters.
The accident happened around 17:30 am on Bunschoterstraat N199. Because of the seriousness of the situation was also called an ambulance.
The cyclist was taken to hospital. About his or her identity, the police have not yet made any announcements.
