V & D today must appear in court because of the wage reduction that the company wishes to implement. The retailer claimed late last month that all employees wages handed in at 5.8 percent. The unions are trying salary sacrifice now to reverse through a lawsuit.
Last week the unions spoke several times with the management of the department store. A substantive conversation came as FNV director Niels Suijker however no time. Reversing the wage cut was for V & D largely not an option, as it became clear Suijker
