Greeks get four months additional time

Update The support program to Greece is extended. That the Ministers of Finance of the nineteen euro area countries (the Eurogroup) today agreed in Brussels, reported sources to press agency ANP. The program continues with four months.
The signs were already favorable in Brussels after leaked during consultation earlier in the day protagonists were agreed on a draft text.

But the new Greek government did not just ask for an extension. The leftist party SYRIZA won the elections by promising to put the program stop and cuts to reverse. The eurozone countries hammered, with Germany in the lead, the fulfillment of the agreements.
An extension Greece mainly takes time. The current program expires at the end of the month, on February 28 at midnight, sometimes without the support and the money from the lenders the southern European country gets the quick financial difficulties.
