Department store V & D has its landlords again asked for a financial sacrifice
Last night sent V & amp; D landlords again a letter V & D asked for a rent-free period until May plus a rent reduction from June. That leaves IEF Capital know RTL Z

“The letter is the same as of January 19, “said Nehemiah de Bruijn from IEF Capital. “V & D now only adds that Sun is willing to invest tens of millions, if the property owners agree to the requirements of V & D.”
Landlord requires clearance
V & D
requests to respond landlords before next Wednesday 12:00. The new letter will not affect the lawsuit that IEF Capital tightens. IEF Capital requires immediate evacuation of four buildings in large cities, namely Amsterdam Kalverstraat, Utrecht, The Hague and Maastricht. The lawsuit is next Tuesday.
