The bankruptcy of sports car manufacturer Spyker is today destroyed by the court in Leeuwarden. Left the company is again in receivership.

Spyker was declared bankrupt by the court in December, but chief executive Victor Muller signed then appealed against. There is provided by the actions of other parties money, and the court considers it likely that creditors will be satisfied. In case of bankruptcy debt Spyker would also be tens of millions of euros higher since then more progress is being claimed.

The contours for the offering with creditors are now clear, writes the court. As can be redeemed include receivables from the Swedish Saab. The trustee has confirmed that an amount of 4.3 million was deposited into

the account. A large part of this is intended to cover the current liabilities on the months of December, January and February.

Muller pleased responding. He saw the beginning of December all opportunities to continue Spyker as a manufacturer of electric cars. Before that, he wants to enter into a partnership with an American manufacturer of electric airplanes. This plan Muller now thinks it can continue. The entrepreneur expects within a few weeks back from suspension.

Spyker tried for years to establish themselves as the ground manufacturer of exclusive sports cars. More than a handful a year were never delivered there. A lot of money was lost to a failed adventure in Formula 1 and the disastrous acquisition of the illustrious but moribund luxury brand Saab.
