The government must do everything that can to ensure that KLM independent stays within the Air France-KLM. The Dutch airline must always keep going on its own greenhouse.
That call did parliament Wednesday Wilma Mansfield State (Infrastructure) in a debate on the situation at KLM. Following this were plans of Air France-KLM to transfer KLM money to the holding in Paris, where it could potentially be used to cover losses at Air France.
The Franco-Dutch airline group made Tuesday announced that they are planning table. But many political parties are not yet assured and want the government continues to exert political pressure on the leadership in

PVV MP Dion Graus, who had requested the debate, wants Mansfield reassured that Air France can not hold in the greenhouse of KLM. What concerns him is also Prime Minister Mark Rutte turned in the quest to ensure that KLM will remain independent, financially as well.
Government Party VVD worries like other parties about developments at Air France-KLM, but stresses that the government does not need to sit in the seat of the entrepreneur. Politics can KLM especially help by making more room for economic growth of the airport, including by expanding Lelystad airport, said VVD MP Ton Elias.
Mansfield goes along with its French counterpart Alain Vida Lies on short term talking to the top of the Franco-Dutch airline group.
