The Inspectorate of Social Affairs has ordered the seizure of a home of a couple in a place mushroom growers in Ontario. The Inspectorate has done this because it considers the couple at another mushroom unlawful money is withdrawn, while a fine Inspection lag of nearly 300,000 euros.
A mushroom company deals in 2008 from the Social Affairs Inspectorate fined € 299 000, – for violating the Employment Act. The company is going for appeal, but in 2012 the Administrative Law Division of the Council of State shall decide that the fine was imposed justified. The fine was never paid by the company. Recently, the lawyer of the mushroom company said that the company has the financial resources to pay the fine.
The Inspectorate shall immediately investigate the flows of the company concerned. It shows that immediately after the imposition of the fine resources are transferred to another firm and that there is a dividend payment made in excess of 900,000 euro in favor of the mushroom growers couple.
The Inspectorate SZW therefore suggests “that the story withdrawal occurring after the imposition of a fine can not be regarded otherwise than as payment unwillingness, at least that mushroom business is ‘emptied’ with the aim story by Inspectorate SZW the fine to prevent the company’s assets, at least that there has been selective default “.
