Bovag new car only cheaper in 2017 – Telegraaf.nl

BUNNIK –

If the purchase tax on cars (bpm) is abolished, this is done at the earliest in 2017. Then a new car tax system in force. That says Paul de Waal of the association Bovag

.

The daily writes that Secretary of State Eric Wiebes (Finance) intends bpm gradually abolish. He wants as more and more buyers are trying to push the bpm by removing cars from abroad. The BPM system is very susceptible to fraud.

“That the bpm Wiebes off will is not new. He also said that last year. The system is a legal monstrosity that many burdensome and in Europe is not good, “says De Waal. The wait is kept in the Auto Letter 2, which Wiebes his plans for car tax from 2017 to 2020 unfolds. The letter is expected this summer. It is not just in it for the purchase tax, but also the motor vehicle tax, excise duties and the addition for company cars

Furthermore, Wiebe has already warned that the new system ‘budget neutral’ will be said De Waal. Where the revenue decline on the one hand, they are so retrieved on the other side. That may mean that a new car is cheaper by the disappearance of the BPM, but it uses more expensive by raising the car tax

The new way to cheat. Now do not pay people with money who buy a new car but have to pay the rest of motoring Netherlands so it will not be neutral but more profitable. And next year is not enough, so raise even more. Welcome to the firm trickery and deceit. They decide and we do not say. If you have chosen some say. So would it work if I tell my boss “you can choose I get 500 or 1,000 euros more pay. Does that work? Nope!

Will pocket, pocket story. This cheaper, than more expensive so that tax revenues are the same / stay. Quite the revision of the tax system is a pocket, pocket story.

The tax on new cars in the Netherlands is exponentially high. In contrast, the ex-factory prices of new vehicles for the Netherlands relatively laag.Anders are sold in the Netherlands, but few cars. Once, like eg. BPM is reduced or even disappear, the car manufacturers will increase their export prices to the Netherlands. In short, far from being budget neutral for the consumer because the NL government will increase the road tax to compensate for the lack of BPM.

More scrabble practices from the Courtyard so. Are we not waiting. Everyone pays itself squint to various charges imposed by the state. Time for Robin Hood.

What … the car tax even higher? And then in 2016 you would buy a new car, pay bpm, and the next year are faced with much higher tax. What, moreover, is a monster, because the money for it is not spent on infrastructure, but disappears into the bottomless staatsput. And moreover, it is in many other countries in the fuel price, which are also later. The government must once again learn to deal with money.

And there are fewer and fewer are sold! BPM is prohibited by the European Court! 70% of automotive revenue already going into general funds! BAH!
