The Japanese airbag manufacturer Takata decided that some 34 million cars in the US should go back to the garage, because the airbag piece can be. It is the largest recall of cars in the US ever, US authorities reported Tuesday. That can cost between 4 and 5 billion dollars. Also, it can take years before all cars are safe

Cars eleven car manufacturers may have problems with the front passenger and driver. According to US government agencies that oversee the safety airbag can sometimes open too hard, causing metal particles could come loose. At least six people have therefore come to life.
Takata initially wanted to recall any cars. The Japanese manufacturer authorized factory error at first not at all, but caved in to pressure from the US security authorities. Car brands like Nissan, Honda and Toyota had previously been self cars recalled when they noticed that the air bags Takata were not in order. Since 2008, automakers cried for about 17 million cars back because of the problems.
In the Netherlands, involves more than 37,000 Toyotas, built between 2003 and 2007 and about 7000 cars of the Nissan brand in the model years 2004 to 2007. It is not yet known how many Hondas are being recalled in the Netherlands
