Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras calls on the EU to speed up the approve the appointments, with Greece again receive money in exchange for reforms. Tsipras made his appeal in an interview with the German Chancellor Angela Merkel on the sidelines of the additional EU summit in Brussels on the refugee issue, said a Greek spokesman said.
