Zuivelcoöperatie DeltaMilk and family business A-Ware try to devise a solution that DOC remains in Dutch hands. The companies will look to other dairy companies to work with.
DOC Kaas has a cooperative of 1,200 farmers behind, but the merger steps more and more peasants to A-ware.
The dairy farmers fear include the low price paid by the German company for the milk. This is a few cents below the price paid on the Dutch market.

represent to the FD that the company can run the fastest, the DOC’s strategy as the company accompanied by DMK. A merger with Dutch parties do not produce the same results
