This was reported by the Prime Minister Tuesday afternoon in a special speech on Greek television, which Tsipras stressed that his country wants to remain in the euro zone and Europe will continue to negotiate. Tsipras again called on his people to Sunday’nee’te say the latest European plans.

The Greeks, however, have their backs against the wall now, German Chancellor Merkel and the other Member States feel no need to the land Greeks to enter into conversation now going to hold a plebiscite. If Tsipras as the support of its population gets and the European plans are refused exit from the eurozone seems to be inevitable.

Earlier today Tsipras sent another letter , addressed to the European Commission, IMF and ECB, in which he many concessions seemed to want to do. The letter continues in the new aid which Greece suddenly filed yesterday.

It is now begged the bankrupt country to € 29.1 billion in debts unloading and delivery of existing utility. In Brussels was writing but received a shrug.

The notice did Tsipras European stock markets fall back somewhat, but the shares remained clearly in positive territory. Therefore seems to be no fear that a Grexit will bring a lot of extra damage in other European countries

Those proposals were rejected last night by the euro group, so an extension of the existing program is not anymore. However, the letter can serve as illustrated by an approach for possible new auxiliary. This afternoon at half past five, keeping the euro group finance ministers again by telephone.

Islands

Tsipras set at two points a number of changes. For Greek islands he wants a discount on the VAT increase from 30%, as it sometimes far away and therefore difficult to supply. He also would not want to screw up immediately retirement age, but only from October.

Tsipras wants more time to finish building a solidarity fund for the poorest pensioners. That must be phased out by the creditors in 2019, At this point, the creditors are the Greeks already quite met during previous negotiations, rather they wanted the support fund in 2017 was already finished.

Position Tsipras untenable?

According to our correspondent in Brussels, Ronald van Gessel, sit in the letter still some elements that the Eurogroup but difficult can agree. Moreover Tsipras’s proposal would make a referendum possible unnecessary. This Tsipras’s position would become untenable. Chaos everywhere so.

The response from the euro countries on the letter are skeptical. German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble ,, sees no basis ” to begin serious negotiations with Athens.

Fair is happy

The markets reacted at least happy in the rapprochement of the Greeks. The AEX lap at the end of the morning and stands up to a gain of about 2%. D Euro Stoxx recorded 2.3% gain.

Last night not Greece failed to pay back loans worth € 1.7 billion to the IMF. It is the first economy of a developed country defaulting.

Tsipras should be ashamed for himself thus the Greeks first to leave defaulter book stand. He has the scoop. He will continue to haggle in the hope that the EU presses again. That may yet happen is also because the EU is constructed as loose sand and very weak and scared.

The Romans said it used all: “Do not trust your money to a Greek …”. Turns 2 millennia later, still topical.

No offense but a referendum and participants impose a will for me no real referendum. It just keeps postponing decisions. The Greeks simply have to create a system of income and expenses, including taxes for the rich.

Why referendum goes through? Why deadline? It was midnight on 30-6-2015. It is unbelievable what arrogance and naivety Tsipras enforces a deal. He’s just assume that they do not Brussels will throw out the Euro and soon yet again agree to their terms and just get money back. Let’s hope that Brussels will not let tension once again for the trolley. But I fear the worst. One drink a glass does a pool and everything remained as it was.

Alexis Tsipras is a man after my heart. He gets to undemocratically elected sufkoppen Brussels or at the knees. The Euro project had already failed in the hand but minkukels do not know about it, they do stories on all the citizens. If Tsipras Euro overthrow, he is a hero, like a Greek god.

This guy is a clown with Greek spectators who opted for years politicians (who lost by living the chaos) and itself fine participated with Marken / tax evasion. The whole thing seems to be fashion victims. Many Greeks believe that the EU is to blame: “We no longer KUNEN pay and no longer want to cut, you had your own fault but we do not have to borrow more money.”. Proud people! Irresponsible people / poli!. Let it happen to Grexit!

Well that’s clear then. In “nee’is really quite individual choice and the death knell for all blackmail and corruption attempts. I do not think many are now still shed a tear if unreliable country chooses to quit. Own fault. There’s already too many sponsored all those corrupt governments that even slaughtering many of their own people financially and despair while there is nothing to do at all while the rich have their stuff diverted.

Great that Tsipras continues the referendum. At least he’s a democrat and that’s more than the EU leaders can be said. Hope that the Greeks NO vote. Dan becomes really clear that the EU is a club of power-hungry despots.

Tsipras is a hero, ultimately deciding late on to the people. He does not impose throughout Europe. It is not government that has been let loan from Goldman Sachs push through in order to join the EU. Greece was already at the bottom. The then young Tsipras, an anti-globalist, knew even then as the clique in Brussels. Ultimately, Europe suffered from the banking union. And that’s not because of Tsipras’ policy.

Have the Greeks but to say no. Good for Europe and good for the Greeks. Can they enter the drachma and devalue themselves. Prima!
