Persgroep Apeldoorn press again newspapers – Dutch Newspaper

APELDOORN (Reuters) – Employees of the printing of the Persgroep in Apeldoorn went back to work. Around 00:30 newspapers again were printed among others De Stentor. The printers put together with the staff of the printing plant in The Hague at 23:00 on strike.

The reason for the strike is a collective conflict in the printing industry, says FNV. In the graphical sector has been no collective agreements anymore since August 1, 2013. Printers want a pay rise of 2.5 per cent and a lump sum of three hundred euro. The employees of the Persgroep Hague stop all night.

As a

result appear Saturday at several editions of the AD no regional sections. Even newspapers Persgroep in the east of the country have been affected. According collective negotiator Bernard of Iren will the newspapers be printed or appear Saturday in Apeldoorn. They have delivered later than usual.
