“Minister Eurlings gave state guarantees for KLM and Schiphol way ‘- Financieele Dagblad (Registration)

Traffic Minister Camiel Eurlings has in 2010 given away several state guarantees for KLM and Schiphol in negotiations with the management of Air France-KLM. That Volkskrant reported on the basis of documents received in the hands based on an appeal to the Open Government Act (WOB). The management of Air France-KLM would thus simply KLM flights from Schiphol to delete or transfer to Paris Charles de Gaulle airport, reports the newspaper.

However, the researchers warn that some of the local freight network at Schiphol can slip into one of the competing airports. This is mainly due to the recent decision by KLM to reduce a portion of the cargo fleet of Martinair.
