The Eurogroup rejects the new proposal by the Greek government on a financial tool. That made the Eurogroup announced tonight after a telephone consultation.
Eurogroup President Jeroen Dijsselbloem said afterwards that it was too late for an extension of the current aid program for the Greeks. Tonight at 00:00 hours ends that utility.
New program
The Greeks wanted a new tool for two years. That should consist of money from the European bailout fund ESM, pay include, pensions and salaries of civil servants along. At the same time, they want to reduce their debt
