The complaint of the KNB, the professional organization of notaries, on the participation of a notary at the Hema notary service has been rejected by the highest disciplinary court. Earlier, the Amsterdam chamber for notaries had already rejected the complaint. The court does not appeal at one point on the order of the Board.
