THE HAGUE (AP) – Fit For Free needs the money continued to collect the gym after completion of the subscription, pay back the victims. That takes the Consumers after a ruling by the Court in a case brought by a former subscriber.
Until January of this year were athletes when subscribing to Fit For Free automatic subscriber a discount program which was linked to the membership card. In the vision of Fit For Free customers who had their gym membership reciting also terminate the discount program. Who did not, continued to pay 2.95 per month.
According to the court, the fitness chain wrongly charged the cost of the discount program and the company must repay the money including collection costs to the plaintiff. The Consumentenbond believes Fit For Free not only those ex-customer must repay, but also the hundreds of former subscribers who have reported complaints by the union. Fit For Free does not, the Consumers take legal action.
