Jeroen Dijsselbloem Minister of Finance has the top rail company NS summoned after reporting in The Telegraph on possible abuse of power in Limburg. CEO Timo Huges would ask of transport company Veolia who passed were aimed at him NS subsidiary and competitor Qbuzz. That is strictly prohibited.
The forwarding of questions by CEO Huges would NS subsidiary provide unauthorized insight into the papers of Veolia. Qbuzz and Veolia were competing for the procurement of public transport in Limburg. In February it was announced that the contract went to the NS.
