That Airbnb wrote Friday on his blog. The site is in the City of Amsterdam discussing the approach of landlords who rent out their house more than sixty days a year through the site.
Such long-term rental is prohibited in the city, but according Airbnb the privacy of its customers would be violated if detailed information would be shared individual landlords with the community.

Earlier, minister Block (Housing) already in the Lower House that Airbnb and similar sites can not be required to share data about its users, because that would be contrary with privacy laws.
Airbnb says she wants to clarify the Amsterdam rules, so that all users understand what is the maximum rental period. “Unsolicited commercial parties have no place on Airbnb.”
