Today the moratorium for Royal Imtech NV into bankruptcy with the District Court of Rotterdam . Paul Peters and Jeroen Princen, current administrators are appointed as trustees.
The divisions Imtech Marine and Imtech Nordic is then sold immediately. The financiers have established for this purpose a new private limited company. Imtech Nordic will now remain part of the newly formed entity. Imtech Marine will be transferred to the new owners PON Holdings and Parcom. This Imtech announces in a press release.
