Estate again risen in price in July, prices of existing homes 2.7% higher than in July last year. Since the summer of 2013 shows a slight upward trend in the price development of homes for sale. This was reported by the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) following a study by Statistics Netherlands and the Land Registry to the price development of existing private koopwoningen.
