Affordable housing
The researchers offer a distinction between ‘affordable’ (up to € 618, -). And expensive (over 618 euros). Only 57 percent of the houses fell into the category of affordable and less than 43 percent in the category of duration. The rent above this limit is not compensated by the rent subsidy.

The average rent is 655.84 euros with the highest in the cities of Apeldoorn, Deventer Zutphen.
Amsterdam and Utrecht follow with an average rent of respectively 655.20 and 647.77 euros.
‘s-Hertogenbosch comes with an average price of 469.26 as cheapest region from the bus.
The average price per square meter is 10.52 euros. In Amsterdam you pay 11.87 euros with the most per square meter, followed by Rotterdam (€ 11.53) and Utrecht (€ 10.45).
Difference corporations
Key from Amsterdam is 14.22 euros per square meter of the most expensive corporation, followed by residential town Rotterdam (€ 12.41) and Rochdale from Amsterdam (€ 12.11). Housing Actium from Drenthe and Friesland is the cheapest 6.44 euros per square meter
