Baeten would have lied about his knowledge of a headache file. This was done under oath at a hearing of witnesses before the court in Utrecht.
Baeten had to testify in a proceeding concerning the sale an insurance company whose ASR was financier. Jos Lindhout hereby sold his shares for 1 euro, under pressure from ASR, Lindhout said.
