KPN suing the South Korean smartphone maker Samsung in the United States for the unauthorized use of patented technology. Bloomberg reported Tuesday that according to court documents.
Samsung would be smartphones, including the Galaxy S4 and S5, use of technology for data on which we patent. The two companies
have negotiated the last two years on a licensing agreement, but without result. 
KPN has brought the case to a federal court in Marshall, in the US state of Texas. The Dutch phone company wants compensation from Samsung, and a ban on further use of the patented technology.
