To the Brink’s Company its shares of Brink’s Netherlands for the nominal value sold to the Continuity Foundation Brink’s Netherlands, an independent foundation was
established to ensure an orderly exit and transition to represent the interests of other stakeholders, including former employees of Brink’s, customers and suppliers. 
“The foundation has the right to use the name of the Brink’s for the period of up to one year ‘ so let us know Brink’s. Brink’s at work in the Netherlands in total 1,080 people.
