The strike action at money transporter Brink’s Netherlands may proceed. That the judge decided today in a lawsuit that money transporter Brink’s Netherlands had brought against the unions FNV and CNV Professionals.

Employees of Brink’s stopped after a call from the unions FNV and CNV Professionals from Saturday refilling the ATMs of Rabobank and to a lesser extent ABN Amro and SNS Bank. There are now more than four hundred ATMs empty.
The action is a protest against the way wants to reorganize Brink’s Netherlands. The reorganization lose some six hundred of the approximately one thousand employees their jobs.
