The ultimatum that unions money transporter Brink’s Netherlands had set expired for a good social plan. Without Brink’s has come up with such a plan over the bridge. The departure of key customers disappear 600 jobs. Include closing the plant in Zwolle.

The deadline for a good social plan for the 600 workers made redundant, went Wednesday 23.59. Brink’s unions have not heard of.

There follow actions of the unions, but what exactly mean and when that will be is not yet clear. But it soon becomes clear. According to the unions, Brink’s ,, had sufficient time ” to

come up with a social plan. The layoffs were announced on October 17.

It was announced yesterday that the Dutch branch of the US company Brink’s has been sold to an independent organization representing the interests of, inter alia, staff and customers. Brink’s Netherlands therefore continues independently, but the layoffs are thus not the job.

Brink’s hits include the largest customer lost Rabobank who transfers to Money Service Netherlands (GSN). We are still talking with stakeholders to house employees of Brink’s at GSN or other providers.
