The Amsterdam-based engineering firm Arcadis has been commissioned in the state of California to design the American high-speed line (HSL) and build
The fee can be up to nearly $ 72 million over five years. That makes Arcadis announced today.
The HSL line connects eventually Los Angeles and San Francisco and brings the travel time between the cities back to 2 hours and 40 minutes. The construction of the line, which will cost $ 68 billion, is expected to last until 2029
