VDL Groep takes over activities Componenta on Transport Online

EINDHOVEN – VDL Groep of Eindhoven and curator Peter Brouns of Boels Zanders Advocaten in Venlo today an agreement in principle was reached concerning the acquisition of the operations of Componenta by VDL Group.
