Paul has been appointed to the so-called project-deputy secretary-general at the ministry. That is Friday, decided by the council of ministers. He starts on January 1, 2017.
The step follows the completely out of hand in the reorganization of the tax authorities. A voluntary retirement scheme picked up completely wrong. It’s already been decided that the Inspection of the Rijksfinanciën to monitor the expenditure of the Tax.
Paul is since 2013 inspector-general of the Dutch Food and consumer product safety Authority (NVWA), the ministry of Economic Affairs. He studied Plantenziektenkunde at the Agricultural university Wageningen, the netherlands.
