AMSTERDAM (REUTERS) – Norges Bank has its interest in Advanced Metallurgical Group (AMG) which increases. That turned out to be a notification to the netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM).
Norges Bank currently has a capital interest and voting rights of 5.27%. That was at a previous notification is still 4,93 for both the equity interest if the right to vote, as apparent from the records of the supervisor.
also, has RWC European Focus Master equity interest and voting rights of 10,65 percent in AMG. Earlier it was announced that RWC via a so-called accelerated bookbuildingprocedure a stake of about 10 percent in the AMG had sold.
