The claimorganisatie is based on a ruling of the High Council. It turned out that telecom companies for many years, the law have been breached by working with all-inprijzen, where no breakdown was made for costs and the price of a phone. Mobile phones seemed so free, but in fact, they were the all-inpakketten loans for the machines.
The High court ruled that customers with credit agreements can destroy, and that the providers upon return of the unit all of the costs paid for the phone have to repay. ConsumentenClaim demands that the telecom companies, the cost is indeed to repay.
