ACM: ProRail asked to a lot of carriers – Telegraaf.nl

The ACM tapped ProRail earlier at the fingers about the variable costs that the railway infrastructure manager charges to carriers. They saw the rates for the user fee in 2015 and 2016, with almost a fifth (approximately 50 million euro) increase. Arriva, Connexxion, Syntus and Veolia submitted a complaint with the ACM.

That certain previously-that ProRail is the calculation of the rates had to adjust and better needed to substantiate the claim. That substantiation was found according to ACM that ProRail is one factor wrongly meerekende in the determination of the usage fee.
