All the shops and the shop of clothing retailer MS Mode will today open again, Rabobank and the curator had informed . The chain was declared bankrupt on Thursday.
The two parties reached an agreement on the continuation of the chain during the bankruptcy. They call it “in the interest of all concerned” that the shops open again, because this increases the options for a new start.
The shops were last week temporarily closed after the receivers it could not agree with Rabobank. That would have put 30 million in clothing stores. The disagreement would be about the sale of the stores.
Now the shops may remain open for the time being, 840 people can work. In total there are 130 MS Fashion business in the Netherlands and another 270 abroad.
