A complaint to the Financial Markets Authority (AFM) had filed against the company, has been upheld, the regulator announced Wednesday.
The AFM had complained because Reaal failed to honor agreements. The insurer had the end of 2014 should have actively approached at least four out of five customers with woekerpolis to arrive at an appropriate solution. That goal was not achieved.
