Construction companies are optimistic about employment – NU.nl

Almost a quarter of the developers think on balance that the workforce will increase, reports the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) on Thursday. Never before were they so positive about the expected employment and their order book.

The number of vacancies in the sector has been increased in the second quarter. In the first quarter there were still seven thousand jobs at construction companies, which had risen in the second quarter to nine.

At the end of the second quarter, there were still 6,800 vacancies, nine more than the previous quarter.
