As a result of the bankruptcy closing Mitra’s 24 own stores doors and threatens 144 workers out on the street.
The bankruptcy of the parent company Mitra Management follows the deferral by Mitra on Wednesday.
The 24 own stores are immediately closed. The liquor store site is offline. For the 143 franchise stores Searching a buyer, reports RTL Z based on interviews with curator Coen Houtman. These stores remain open as normal.
Problems
Mitra wrong though longer in difficulty, partly due to the weak economy, declining sales of domestic spirits and competition
with supermarkets and online providers. 
In 2014, it was announced that the liquor store chain had to close stores. Mitra had then 125 own business. Some of them went through as a franchise store.
