Most strike days in industry

The longest work stoppage in 2015 was involved in the police. In the industrial sector and the transport and storage most strikes occurred. Most working days were lost in the industry, namely 40,000. In the same sector, also on strike, most employees (21,000), according to the CBS.
Bulk strikes called by unions
More than 80% of the strike was declared by the unions. In 70% of cases, which were also involved in the negotiations that led to the end of the work stoppage. One in three strikes was, according to CBS for a collective conflict, only 15% went exclusively to a wage issue.
