Hudson’s Bay wants to open twenty stores in the Netherlands – NU.nl

This reports the company Tuesday. The group wants the Dutch inner cities introduce the Hudson’s Bay department store concepts and Saks OFF 5TH. The first stores should open its doors in the summer of 2017.

The expansion should create 2,500 new jobs in the stores and 2,500 jobs during construction in larger cities. The group expects to be involved in the expansion investments worth 300 million euros.

According to him, Hudson’s Bay has already closed several leases for select locations.

According to Jerry Storch, Director of Hudson’s Bay, there is still room for more stores in the Netherlands in the expensive segment and in the value segment.
