Head found on the street in Amsterdam – De Morgen

The police do not rule out the crime in connection with a ‘world war between rival gangs in and around Amsterdam. Hookah the Fayrouz Lounge serves as a meeting place for drug offenders and was the scene of a murder in 2014. On March 21 of that year Mohamed El Mayouri was liquidated nearby. The man left with friends to the pub and was under fire the corner. El Mayouri died on the spot. Two men shot him dead and fled in a Volkswagen, which was later found burned elsewhere in Amsterdam.
The victim was about to make a witness statement in favor of Benaouf A., who was convicted in 2014 to ten years in prison for involvement in another wound: that of Najeb Bouhbouh in Antwerp. He was a good friend of the notorious criminal Gwenette Martha, who was liquidated jobs in May 2014.

Wind up

In June 2015 became possible avoid liquidation at the Fayrouz Lounge. The police arrested two men that drove to the Hookah in a stolen car with weapons. There they were chasing a dark BMW, which then drove away in the cafe. The Dutch public prosecutor was convinced that they wanted to liquidate one.
Tuesday the body was found in a burned-out car in Amsterdam Southeast, is the 23-year old from Amsterdam Nabil Amzieb. The victim is known to the police. Which is now trying to figure out whether the detected head belongs to the body.
