A Swiss court has ruled Monday that not all data requested are covered by the contract for the exchange of information between countries. So may include names of individuals outside the appointment.
Dutch clients of UBS came in defense against an earlier decision whether to play data. These are data from Dutch citizens across UBS, the largest bank in Switzerland, could not prove that they have paid sufficiently load here. This is incidentally not yet certain that this is so-called savings.
Bank secrecy was traditionally sacred in Switzerland. In recent years changed that come under pressure from the United States and then European countries.
By the verdict Monday can still be appealed to the highest federal courts of Switzerland.
