“Curator parent company Perrysport spans lawsuit against banks’ – NU.nl

Curator Toni van Hees is angry because the banks want to claim the full sales and the money tap was turned off just before the salaries should have been paid for February, reports the NIS on Thursday.

According to Van Hees banks stopped funding knowing that the staff would continue working. ING, Rabobank, Deutsche Bank and Bank of American Merrill Lynch are the banks in question.

“The people in the shops now earn money for the banks while banks no salary would pay more,” he tells the NIS . “Many of these are very loyal employees with a modest salary which now can not pay their rent or even no money for the bus to work.”

Revenue
