DAF Trucks – including a site in Oevel (Westerlo) last year, a record number of heavy trucks (+16 tonnes) sold in Europe. That made the Dutch company on Monday announced. In total 46.700 trucks of sixteen tons or more, nineteen percent more
than in 2015. 
The total market for heavy trucks came in 2016 on 302.500 vehicles, an increase of over twelve percent compared to the year before. DAF expects that this year in Europe in total 260.000 …
