Clarity about costs construction project – real estate market

The ministerial regulation Costs exploitation plan 2017 is on Monday 6 February in the government Gazette published on 1 april in effect. Those who own land have a house or a commercial building, or renovating, it pays, in many cases, not only the fees to the municipality. Often the municipality will also charge you an amount in for the construction of public amenities such as green areas or new roads. This gives municipalities and builders faster and better clarity about the municipal costs in building plans.

The ministerial scheme Costs have been prepared in close consultation with organizations of developers, builders and municipalities. The scheme gives them a lot of clarity. Developers and builders can advance to better estimate the amount they to the church are guilty. For municipalities it is

easier to keep the costs to calculate. The scheme is a model attached that allows municipalities by completing a number of simple questions, the costs can be calculated.

The result is that permits faster can be issued and that builders and developers faster to get started.
